POLICIES

Appointment Booking Policy

To be mindful of our clients and staff in our shared space, clients are asked to turn their phones to silent, refrain from eating or chewing gum during your service, and please leave the little ones with a friend/family member. We want to pamper you and allow you and all clients to relax in our space and enjoy the Cherry Juice Beauty experience.

If you are unwell or injured, please advise our team prior to your appointment so we can best accommodate you.

All appointments booked with Cherry Juice Beauty require a deposit of 10% to secure your appointment. Appointments without a deposit will be automatically canceled by our booking system 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, and we will happily change anything you may need.

Failure to provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule will result in your booking deposit being forfeited.

Appointment No-Show Policy

If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know! If you are running behind, it may cause the person booked after you to be affected, so please call or text us so we can make sure everyone gets their pamper time. We are always more than willing to help out.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit paid, as this will go to your lash artist to cover some of her time. More than three no show appointments will require a prepayment for your service to secure your appointment.

Appointment Termination Policy

Cherry Juice Beauty staff reserve the right, at their sole discretion to terminate a service under the following circumstances;

  • physical illness / sickness (e.g. runny nose, cough, fever etc)
  • inappropriate or unsafe behavior
  • discriminative or offensive conduct
  • consumption of alcohol, drugs or cigarettes within the salon building
  • breach of duty of care (e.g. contraindicated for treatment, underage)

Course Deposit Policy

Cherry Juice Training HQ requires a deposit of $350 to secure your placement in our intakes. Your deposit must be paid 30 days prior to your course commencement date. Failure to pay your deposit by this time will result in your placement being forfeited. If you wish to unenroll 14 days prior to your course commencement date, your course fees if paid will be refunded, however your deposit is non-refundable

Course Cancellation Policy

If you wish to unenroll from any of our courses, you may do so up to 14 days prior to your course commencement date. Unenrollment will not be permitted after this time. If you wish to defer your studies to a later date, please email cherryjuicetraininghq@gmail.com

Course No-Show Policy

All courses offered by Cherry Juice Training HQ require 100% attendance for face-to-face delivery. In the event that you are absent for training, you will receive an unsatisfactory mark for content missed, and you will be responsible for resitting the class at a later date with the next intake. You will not receive your certificate until all modules are satisfactory.
